How He Loves Us

33 O the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

~ Romans 11:33

Any party which takes credit for the rain must not be surprised if its opponents blame it for the drought.

  ~ Dwight Morrow

Today, listen to David Crowder sing of the depth of love God has for us.  I have included the link for your worship time.  We are the tree, and God is the hurricane.  The winds of the Spirit will bend and blow us, and we reach deeper into the soil of grace.

This storm? There is yet a blessing to be found.

Because of Him,

And He is jealous from me, loves like a hurricane, I am a tree
Bending beneath the weight of His wind and mercy
When all of a sudden
I am unaware of these afflictions
Eclipsed by glory and I realize just how beautiful
You areAnd how great Your affections are for me

And oh, how He loves us, ohOh, how
He loves us, how He loves us all
And He is jealous from me,
loves like a hurricane, I am a tree
Bending beneath the weight of His wind and mercy
When all of a sudden I am unaware
of these afflictions
Eclipsed by glory and I realize
just how beautiful You are
And how great Your affections are for me
Oh, how He loves, yeah,
He loves usOh, how He loves us, oh,
how He loves us Oh, how He loves
And we are His portion
and He is our prize
Drawn to redemption
by the grace in His eyes
If His grace is an ocean, we’re all sinking
And heaven meets earth
like an unforeseen kiss
And my heart turns violently inside of my chest
I don’t have time to maintain these regrets
When I think about the way

Oh, how He loves us, ohOh,
how He loves us, how He loves all
How He loves
Yeah, He loves us, oh, how He loves usOh, how He loves us, oh how He loves
Oh, I love
Yeah, He loves us, yeah, He loves us
How He loves us, oh, how He loves us all.
