What it Does.

Don’t be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others—ignoring God!—harvests a crop of weeds. All he’ll have to show for his life is weeds! But the one who plants in response to God, letting God’s Spirit do the growth work in him, harvests a crop of real life, eternal life.

Worship Stew
for Pastor Tim
He values it.  
He adds it. He savors it 
using it like a rare spice. 
Purposefully, sparingly,
suddenly, gently 
it enhances all 
upon which it is spent.  It brings out 
what has gone before, 
leaves space 
for what is to come.
It allows words to sink in,
notes to lift, laughter to linger, 
pain to subside.  
Anger is diffused
finding its way to the offering.
One can hear the sound of tea steeping,
chill leaving,
and forgiveness in its wake.
Because of Him,
